Order several servers with the cart

The cart lets you put together an order of one or more servers and pay once. You do not need an account to fill it.

Add a server

1. Open the pricing page and choose Monthly or Yearly at the top.
2. Press Add to cart on the plan you want. A message confirms it, and the number on the cart icon goes up.
3. Repeat for each server. You can add the same plan more than once.

You can hold up to five servers in your cart.

Set up each server

Open your cart from the icon at the top of the page. For each server:

• Server name: letters, numbers, dots and hyphens, such as web-1. Each server needs its own name.
• Location: the city where it runs.
• Operating system: the software it starts with.
• Billing: monthly, or yearly where the plan has a yearly price.

Changes are saved as you make them. Press the bin icon to remove a server.

Check out

1. Check the amount under Due today.
2. Press Place order and pay. If you are not signed in, you are asked to sign in or create an account first. Your cart waits for you.
3. Pay on the secure payment page. See Pay an invoice online.

All the servers in the cart go on one invoice. We create each server as soon as the payment is confirmed. Read more in Order a cloud server.

If something goes wrong

• A server is missing from your cart: its plan is no longer offered. Pick another plan on the pricing page.
• "You can have 5 unpaid server orders at once": pay or withdraw an unpaid order first, or order fewer servers.
• Your cart is empty after a few days: carts are kept in your browser session. Add the servers again.
