Cancellation and delivery policy

How to cancel, how quickly we deliver hosting, domains and software, and what delivery costs. Our services are digital, so there is no shipping fee.

Cancel an order you have not paid

Open the order in your account and press Withdraw order. The unpaid invoice is cancelled and you are not charged.

Cancel a service you are using

  1. Sign in and open the service in your account.
  2. Choose Cancel this server (or ask through a support ticket for hosting and domains).
  3. Choose when: at the end of the billing period, so it runs until the period you paid for ends, or immediately.
  4. Press Request cancellation. We confirm by email once it is processed.

Copy your files and databases before the service ends: once cancelled and deleted, the data cannot be recovered. Keep paying invoices until the cancellation is confirmed. If you change your mind before we process the request, contact us. For refunds after cancelling, see the refund and return policy.

Cancel a software project

Tell us in writing. We stop work, deliver what has been completed and paid for, and invoice any work done but not yet billed, as set out in your agreement.

If we cancel

We may cancel an order we cannot fulfil, for example if a domain is unavailable or payment fails fraud checks. We tell you why and refund anything you paid in full.

Delivery times

Everything is delivered online, to every region of Bangladesh and abroad, so delivery does not depend on where you are.

  • Hosting and cloud servers: set up automatically after payment is confirmed, usually within minutes. If it is not ready within one working day, open a ticket and we will fix it. Your login details appear in your account and are emailed to you.
  • Domain names: registered after payment, usually within a few hours. Some extensions need extra checks and can take up to 3 working days.
  • Software projects: the schedule is in your quote or agreement, with the first plan or estimate normally within 3 working days of a conversation.

Payments through SSLCOMMERZ are confirmed within moments. If a payment is pending, do not pay again: wait for the confirmation email or contact us.

Fees

There are no shipping or delivery fees. The price you see on the order is the price you pay, plus any tax shown on the invoice. If we ever send a physical item, the delivery fee and estimated time are shown before you pay.
