What the status on your server page means after you order, and what to do if it takes too long.
After you order, your server page shows one of these states.
Waiting for payment
We create the server only after the first invoice is paid. Open the server page and press Pay now, or pay from your invoices. If you no longer want it, press Withdraw order.
Being set up
Your payment arrived and the server is being created. This usually takes a few minutes, and we email you when it is ready. Refresh the page after a short wait.
If it still says this after a longer time, our team is finishing the order by hand. You do not need to pay again. Contact support and give your server name.
Active
The server is running. You can see its address on the server page. See Your server page.
Paid but nothing happens
Check that you paid the right invoice: open your invoices and look for the status Paid. If the invoice shows Payment pending, the bank or wallet has not confirmed it yet. Wait a little and check again. If it stays like that, contact support with the invoice number.
