Taking Bengali films and shows to phones and the web
A Bengali over-the-top streaming platform: a Flutter mobile app, a Laravel back end and a Next.js website.
The challenge
Cinebaz set out to bring Bengali films and shows to audiences on their phones and the web, which meant a streaming product with a mobile app, a public website and a back end to manage the catalogue and its viewers.
What we built
We built all three parts. The mobile app is written in Flutter, so one codebase serves iOS and Android. The back end is a Laravel application that powers the apps and the website. The public website is built with Next.js for fast, search-friendly pages.
