Cancel a server

An order you have not paid

If you have not paid yet, you can simply withdraw the order. Open the server from Servers and press Withdraw order. The unpaid invoice is cancelled and you are not charged.

A server you are using

You cannot delete a server yourself, so that nothing is lost by accident. Instead you ask us to cancel it.

1. Open the server from Servers.
2. Under Cancel this server, choose when:
   • At the end of the billing period: the server runs until the period you paid for ends.
   • Immediately: as soon as we process the request.
3. Add a reason if you like, then press Request cancellation.

We confirm by email once it is processed. After you ask, the page shows that your request is open.

Before you cancel

• Copy your files and databases off the server. When a server is cancelled and deleted, its data cannot be recovered.
• Keep paying invoices until the cancellation is confirmed, or the server may be suspended in the meantime.
