E-Zone HRM Limited, one of the most significant HR solution companies in Bangladesh needed a Job Portal.
The idea was to make a large database of resumes where they can search and filter candidates by different criteria.
On March 09, 2023 we launched their job portal with the following features:
- Job Posting with detailed information
- Job title
- Job description
- Company name
- Location
- Employment type (full-time, part-time, etc.)
- Salary range
- Application deadline
- Number of vacancies
- Application Overview
- Total number of applications received for the job
- Status of applications (e.g., new, shortlisted, interviewed, hired)
- Quick actions to perform bulk operations on applications (e.g., select all, shortlist, reject)
- Candidate Profiles
- Job application with questionnaire.
- Candidate Search
- Application Status Updates
- Attachment Documents
The Admin side of the website was made with Laravel Backpack
It also has a custom dashboard for candidates.
